Yeah. At points, the tunnels are cut near the side of the mountain. Along the way, there are windows cut out of the side. They were used to dump the rubble into the canyon during construction.

I rode through there on the way to Sturgis several years ago. Those tunnels are small. The windows are cool though.

Did you go through the tunnels? From what I understand, to take an RV through the tunnels, you have to wait until they stop traffic coming the other way. Then you need to keep your rig in the center of the road.

You'll be fine. $300 + paint and your labor isn't too big an investment that will vastly improve the pig.

I don't know. I went and checked the scanner, and it does seem to have a function for SKIM. What capabilities that function has, I have no clue. I don't have SKIM, and when I choose that function, I get a message of "No Data Available". Sorry I can't be of more help.

I have them. Vented them as someone advised above. Kicker speakers, a little polyfill, they sound pretty good considering they're aimed at my knees. Better with them than without them. I'd buy them again.

I finally finished up with breaking in my LJ.

I guess I got lucky. My Bullripper has been great for over 2 years and 20K miles. It did develop the hard 1-2 and 2-3 shifts, but that was a PCM issue that WranglerFix took care of.

What a gut punch. I wonder if this issue existed when you swapped engines with the PO. I admire you for sticking with it through all of these issues. I can understand why, though.

Only time anyone rolled coal on me, I was riding my motorcycle. I followed him to his place of work and called him out on it. As his boss walked by. He pussied out and said he didn't mean to. I know BS when I hear it, and I think his boss did too based on the look he gave him.

Once upon a time I owned an F350 and was an active member of a Powerstroke forum. We had a gathering at Pismo Beach. One guy brought a TJ with a 6.0 swap. I have no idea how it handled with that much weight up front, but he was hauling butt through the dunes. It sounded awesome.

Hit up ebay. I got a never used Brake Buddy for a couple hundred bucks. Ebay isn't what it used to be, but if you're patient, the deals are still there.
