I don't have a shot of the header flange, and this is the best shot I have of the ports. I'm pretty sure they are the square port. Can you tell?

What I did to get started was to buy a second PDC with all the wires, connectors, relays and fuses from Davey's. I've been scavenging from it ever since.

I've spoken a few times to the folks at Arrington Performance, which is where I've gotten my info. But I've not looked into it any deeper than that. I trust Ryan, and I look forward to hearing what he says.

That would be cool. The Eagle heads make much more power than the earlier heads I run. But I aways thought the issue with the Eagle heads was on the exhaust side. I've looked at the swap, but I've not wanted to deal with new headers and redoing the exhaust.

Shawn - Just curious - what determines how far up on the spline you run the blue coating? I noticed on the big shaft you just rebuilt for me that fully compressing the shaft puts the sleeve past the end of the coating.

I know what you are saying about "Just for Looks" Woods, but I disagree. I pride myself on never having done anything to the rig for looks alone, but that doesn't mean that I don't take the time to make every functional project look as good as it can. To me, that valance is just the completion...

Just about every new circuit I've put in the rig I've added to the PDC. Both fuses and relays. I enjoy the challenge of making everything look stock (for no good reason, I guess...). With my abilities, I am quite certain it will burn to the ground at some point. Nice work, Dan.

Don't worry, Ryan. LS = Low Power = Low heat. Stick a cheap Chinese 10amp fan in there and call it good. :D
