Well, the bushings on my sway bar links were in bad shape & two of them had actually fallen out. Instead of replacing the bushings I replaced the links with some Rough Country links that have disconnects. ‘Something I’ve been needing anyway.

Measure your springs with the Jeep’s weigh on them. Mine has a 3” suspension lift & no body lift. Like you, I don’t know what the lift is.
