3-wire LED turn signal

The picture below shows my current state. From the wiring harness( driver side) I have two white/yellow and two white/green. The light itself, red is bright brown is dim. I currently have an LM 470 relay installed as well. I've tried connecting the wires and different combinations before crimping but I cannot get the flashers to flash. I can get solid lights but not flashing. I'm stuck. The LED lights are three wire into two wire. I'm guessing within the wrapping of the power it split and there are resistors and other various. Any help and ideas would be grateful

Forget the third wire. You only use two. Cap the third.

You can’t use a side marker as a turn signal. You need a separate turn signal and side marker.
