I need a new set of spark plug sockets. I have some older Craftsman with the rubber inserts I am replacing. I use it not just for my Jeep, but other vehicles and yard equipment.
Any suggestions for a good set?
Anyone try the Quinn set at Harbor Freight for $70?

This is one tool I have never considered upgrading..what don't you like about thr old ones with thr rubber insert?

The rubber has hardened and doesn't hold the spark plug very well. I may just order a Craftsman set like I have had through Lowes.

I have a Snap-On swivel. The swivel feature is nice. It has a rubber insert.

Dab of grease in the spark plug socket and it'll grab.

I've been pretty happy with Husky sockets. If you're spending $70 for a couple of sockets you can get a whole tool set on sale for $100 if you wait a bit.
