TJ won't start

so I put my new motor last night and it didn’t start so I thought it was a fuel issue and I switched my relay from my horn to my fuel pump because the fuel pump relay was blown, and it started right up, ran for five minutes and then it died again and now I have no spark and no power to the coil, and my horn does not have power to the relay

Hey I have power to my injectors and my coil, but I can’t seem to get any spark and I just replaced the cap on my distributor and the inside part that spins around can you help me please

Check the crank sensor and wiring, possibly damaged during install.

Is there any other ideas because I have replaced the sensor and it still does not work

Probably obvious, but did you check all fuses?

If the coil has pwr, the PCM fires it based on the crank sensor.

Did you check for spark at the coil, or at a cyl?

I also checked and I have power to my injectors and my coil, but I still am getting no spark and I have replaced most of the distributor besides the bottom half

And I don’t have spark from the distributer

When you checked power to the coil; did you only check the power at the positive terminal of the coil or did you check power across the positive and negative terminals while cranking the engine over ?
IF you only have power to the coil positive terminal and not the negative; you need to determine why not.
