Fix shipping scratches on Warn Rock Crawler front bumper?

I run the Warn rear with tire carrier and just last night bought a never installed but with shipping paint scratches front on eBay.

Here in California everything TJ is expensive. Hard tops are $2500, fenders are $500 so $300 with shipping seemed fair.

Any advice on fixing the scratches without having to fully powder coat the entire bumper?

Personally I just use spray paint. I have my favorite brands and usually have a selection of cans available and ready to go.

It's a bumper and it's going to get scratches...so make it easy on yourself.

I like to spray metal bumpers with the Rustoleum truck bed liner, in the aerosol can. Looks pretty decent and really easy to touch up. You can buy it at Walmart and most part stores...

Paint works fine. I bought my old Warn bumpers from an Ebay scratch and dent sale.
