Probably the best fix I've done since I got the Jeep. Pulled the window crank and shifted it so it doesn't bang on my knee in the full up or full down position!
Oh yeah, put a new Adams driveshaft in and set the pinion angle.View attachment 524355
Such a small thing yet I’ve neglected to do it and it pisses me off to no end when I’m in it ! Thought it was just mine
Any recommendations for products to do these 3 things?
1. Paint for the bumpers
2. Restoring the blackness of the soft top
3. Restoring the scratches on the soft top windows
Thank you! I've always liked the look of the old school wheels...Rat Patrol, Daktari, etc. It took quite a bit of searching but I got them from a local junk yard for $25 each, the guy had a couple but one was too rusty but he was able to find three more on his network of old grumpy junk yard guys. LOL. My son in law got them sand blasted for me and I spray bombed them rather than powder coat. They're 15x7 or maybe 6.5 I don't remember. @jeeptjadv sorry for the short reply, didn't have time till now for a more detailed reply.Bro. This guys wheels catch my eye every time I see them.

The new Mopar header seal is on order; cleaning the seal surface is until the new one arrives.
Discovered the 55176512AE was superseded by 55395101AC.
Where did you get the seal? I have an aftermarket one to put on, but I'm rethinking using it in place of the Mopar one.Received the new Mopar header seal yesterday.
Removed the old seal, cleaned off the remaining double sticky tape, wiped the header surface to remove the remaining glue and installed the new header seal. During the removal of the old seal I identified where the rain leak was located.
This header seal (superseded part number) has been redesigned and is thicker, there is a slight lip that curves over the the edge of the header and a has more pronounced recessed area where the soft top seats; this new seal fits quite well.
The entire installation was was less than 2 hours which included explaining to a couple neighbors what I was doing, reattaching the soft top, cleaning up and putting a couple tools away.
@TheBoogieman just sent me the real photo. It's worse than we thought.View attachment 525713
@TheBoogieman My wife approves of your OCD, she does the same thing in both of her vehicles.
