Tricks for getting your TJ up on jack stands

I've used jack stands with integrated bottle jacks on the front or rear tubes. Take each side up a little at a time. They're about 20 years old and i just replaced the jack portion on each stand. For higher lifting they can't be beat.

For some vehicles you absolutely shouldn't jack them up at the differential(s) but for this one it's fine. Following the factory service manual and/or owner's manual is always your best bet.
